Welcome to coachgurmeetsingh.com. By registering for our webinar, making a payment, or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before registering.

1. General Conditions

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including consultants, agents, and individuals looking to learn real estate sales methods. By accessing our services, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these terms.

2. Webinar Registration & Access

• Your registration guarantees access to the single online webinar session for which you signed up.
• Login details, links, and passwords are for personal use only. Sharing registration links or webinar logins with unregistered users is strictly prohibited.
• Recording, duplicating, or redistributing webinar content, slides, or scripts is not permitted without explicit written approval from Coach Gurmeet Singh.

3. Payment, Fees, & Taxes

Webinar registration fees (e.g., ₹500) are paid in advance through our third party secure checkout processor (Razorpay). All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of relevant service taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify training prices or introduce promotional discounts at any time.

4. Cancellation, Transfers & Refund Policy

To ensure high commitment levels and high-quality training groups, we enforce the following policies:

• No Refunds: Registration fees are generally non refundable once paid.
• Batch Transfer: If you are unable to attend the Zoom session due to a genuine scheduling conflict or emergency, you must contact us at least 2 hours before the session. We will transfer your seat registration to the next available batch session at no extra cost.

5. Disclaimer & Earnings Warning

This webinar is for educational and training purposes only. While we teach sales frameworks that have worked for thousands, results depend entirely on individual implementation, experience, market conditions, and personal efforts. We do not guarantee income levels, deal closure counts, or quick financial returns.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Coach Gurmeet Singh or his associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the sales strategies taught, or files shared during the webinar.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
